Weekly review: Week 3

What Have I Learned?
Basically, I’ve learned the quality of having a good communication skill. Being the leader of the week, as usual, tasks and assignments will first, be explained to those who are chosen. Later, I have to make sure that I can explain all the details to my group members clearly so that they understand what we will be doing that day. Checklist has to be made to make sure nothing is left behind while explaining the info.

How Do I Feel?
I feel good about myself because I was able to do my part for the group as leader of the week. This is a good thing. The act of having different person to lead each week as it can gives individual experience to all the group members and teach us about responsibility in a very good way.

How & Where Can I Apply?
Leadership and communication skills are like a combo. They comes together in a package and they are applicable anywhere in all stage of life. One cannot simply say they’re not a leader if they have no one under them. They are already considered as a leader as they need to lead their own self in life. They cannot solely rely on others forever. When the time comes, they will need to do and settle stuff on their own. This needs leadership. Even when it involves your ownself, individually.

Others.
More role-playing games please!
